Thoroughly enjoyed Sukawati, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely amazing close to the river. We had queen suite, and it was beautiful. Climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV were provided. Everybody was very very helpful. Overall the service was nice!

Amazing property with beautiful, relaxing room. Close to zoo, with walk or shuttle bus access. Pool area surrounded by plants and trees, very serene. Restaurant has great variety of food, next to pool with lovely Cassowary birds nearby. Exceptional staff. Spa with waterfall and trees, very relaxing.

The location of the hotel provides a peaceful and secluded experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with great views overlooking the river. the staff is friendly and helpful, with golf buggies often offered for travel around the property.

Some of the hotel services come at an additional cost, which can be quite steep.

The villa was located in a peaceful and beautiful spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The pool was clean and refreshing, while the staff were always friendly and attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the wildlife activity offered.

The restaurant food was decent but could have been hotter. the location was a bit isolated with limited restaurant options nearby, making transportation options necessary.

This hotel offers exceptional luxury with exclusive amenities such as a spa center, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and library. the service provided by the staff was impeccable and my every need was fulfilled. the in-room breakfast was a perfect touch to my stay and the restaurant had halal food available. the private facilities were a highlight, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and sun terrace. The location advantage of being close to Bali's zoo provided a unique experience that you won't find elsewhere.

Spent Christmas at a wonderful resort with cozy and spacious villas, equipped with everything we needed. the location was perfect, near a beautiful zoo, and offering spectacular views of the river from our room. We especially enjoyed the yummy restaurant and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Although the resort was beautiful, the transportation offered was quite pricey, so we opted to walk to nearby shops, which was not too far. the resort only offered one restaurant, which became quite limiting after a few days.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel location was excellent, with easy transportation to local attractions.
